Four Seasons Room

Capacity: 40 guests seated, 50 guests cocktail reception  

The Space: Floor-to-ceiling glass encloses the Four Seasons Room as its own world, with folding NanaWalls that open to the bar or terrace. Guests enjoy corner views over the Fiserv Forum and downtown Milwaukee, with access to a wraparound terrace featuring a cocktail ledge, outdoor tables, and two fireside lounges. The room can be set for formal dining or cocktail mingling and includes a 65” TV (plus more in the bar) and a stylish fireplace.

Access to the terrace requires a supplementary food and beverage minimum, charged only if the weather permits and it is used for your event.

Food and Beverage Minimum: 

• Sunday-Wednesday: $3,000 + $500 room rental fee 
• Thursday: $4,000 + $500 room rental fee  
• Friday & Saturday [choose one 3-hour rental: 5:00 – 8:00 pm or 8:30 – 11:30 pm]: $5,000 per seating time + $1,000 room rental fee 

Add the outdoor terrace to your reservation: $1,500 added to the food and beverage minimum. 

Tax and gratuity do not count toward the food and beverage minimum.

Side Bar Happy Hour

Capacity: 65 guests reception style  

The Space: For bar-side mingling among high-top tables and cozy booths with corner-office views, try our Side Bar. Enjoy a curated menu of appetizers and custom-crafted drinks, with options like a hosted bar, cash bar, or a personalized cocktail selection, it’s perfect for an elevated happy hour. A TV above the bar can air the big game or your own slideshow. Please note that, as the far side of our bar area, this event venue is semi-private.

Food and Beverage Minimum: 
Sunday-Thursday: $2,000 [subject to change on performance/game days] + $300 room rental fee

Availability: Sunday-Thursday only, 4-7pm 

Tax and gratuity do not count toward the food and beverage minimum.

Dining Room

Capacity: 72 guests seated  

The Space: With rich wood, golden accents, warm neutral tones, and ornate textures throughout, every detail enhances the experience in our grand Dining Room. The city skyline gleams through a full wall of glass, while the open kitchen bustles along the opposite side, and a curated wine cellar bookends the space. The Dining Room accommodates the largest parties and shines during seated dinners. It should be noted that it is a semi-private space—unless there is a full buyout, the bar and other areas remain open.  

Food and Beverage Minimum: 

• Sunday-Wednesday: $8,000 
• Thursday: $10,000 
• Friday & Saturday: $12,000 

Tax and gratuity do not count toward the food and beverage minimum.

Cream City Room

Capacity: 50 guests seated, 60 guests cocktail reception 

The Space: A Trade Hotel banquet space, catered by Il Cervo, the Cream City Room offers a more private experience and A/V capabilities, complete with its own private terrace and 9th floor views. Choose from a variety of delicious food options, from family-style meals or buffets to tray-passed appetizers or craft-made cocktails. 

Room Rental Fee: $500  

 Food and Beverage Minimum: 

• Sunday-Wednesday: $2,000 
• Thursday: $2,500 
• Friday & Saturday [choose one 3-hour rental: 5:00 – 8:00 pm or 8:30 – 11:30 pm]: $3,500 

Outdoor terrace included in your reservation. Tax and gratuity do not count toward the food and beverage minimum.

Full Restaurant Buyout

Capacity: 156 guests seated, 225 guests cocktail reception. Seated capacity does not include direct bar stool seating or outdoor terrace tables. 

The Space: Exclusive use of Il Cervo, which includes our dining room with open kitchen, large bar room, lounge, four seasons room, and outdoor terrace. 

Food and Beverage Minimum: Food and beverage minimum varies based on day, time, and season. Please inquire.
